H1N1, R.I.P.

I guess it was a good beer -- five gallons of H1N1 went pretty damn quickly at the BBQ last night. We’ll have to do a new brew very soon!

H1N1 Ready to drink!

As of 2 PM, June 13, I declare the H1N1 ready to drink! After sitting a few days at 20 PSI (at 35º F), it now pours with a lovely head. It’s sweet, it’s strong, it’s good. Hooray!
