Happenings in the domain of the Admiral
In the three months since the last post, the Admiral’s been busy. He’s been brewing. And brewing. Aside from refining the technique and recipe for Admiral Sasquatch’s Beer Island, he also brewed a smoked scotch ale that makes the Admiral bit teary-eyed when he thinks about it.

The Admiral also got serious about his brew house. It won’t be here in time for tomorrow’s brew day, but shortly thereafter a Sabco Brew Magic Pilot Brewery will become a major player in our beer adventures.
Stay tuned for pics of the new equipment when it comes! We’re all very excited about this, and the Admiral is especially keen to get working on the new system!

Sasquatch Oatmeal Stout
Well, we started brewing anew in January, with the intent to produce at least one new beer a month. January’s brew was unveiled on Saturday, March 20th. It’s an oatmeal stout, creatively named “Sasquatch Oatmeal Stout”. And it’s delicious. Unlike the past brews, we’ve bottled this one, and will be botting the next one, too. Here’s the label:

February’s brew is almost ready for bottling. We’ll unveil more about that shortly!
